These Terms of Use govern your use of the WooW Channel service, website, applications, features, and all associated software and content (collectively, the “Service”).
All Content available on WooW Channel and all related intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, service marks and trade names, are owned by WooW Channel and/or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian and international laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Content or the Service.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sell, resell, broadcast, publish, upload, download, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or Content except as expressly permitted by WooW Channel in writing. You must not remove or bypass any copyright, trademark, DRM, geo-filtering, encryption, or other protection mechanisms.
Any user-generated content created or published by you on the Platform shall vest with WooW Channel to the extent permitted by law.
WooW Channel is intended for individuals who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction. In India, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian. Some content may not be suitable for minors, and parental discretion is advised.
The Service and Content are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared outside your household. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view Content during your active subscription. Public प्रदर्शन, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
WooW Channel is available in select territories only. Your subscription is valid only in the territory where it was purchased unless otherwise permitted by WooW Channel. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when accessing the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet connectivity. WooW Channel may release updates or fixes, and you may be required to update your device or application to continue using the Service. WooW Channel is not responsible for access issues arising from device or connectivity limitations.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. WooW Channel is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
By subscribing, you authorize WooW Channel to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any additional services. Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your chosen plan and billing cycle. You must keep your account and payment information up to date.
Access to certain premium content requires an active subscription. WooW Channel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, Content, plans, pricing, or features at its discretion. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Payments may be processed through third-party gateways. WooW Channel does not store your card details and is not responsible for payment gateway failures, fraud, or disputes. All such issues must be raised with your payment provider. Payments once made are non-refundable.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no credits are provided for partially used periods. After cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
The account owner is responsible for all activity on the account. WooW Channel may suspend or terminate access if misuse is suspected. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Content availability and streaming quality may vary based on location, device, bandwidth, and other factors. WooW Channel does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, violate laws, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, scrape data, harass others, or attempt to bypass security or access controls. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. WooW Channel and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Service may contain links to third-party platforms. WooW Channel is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions you provide may be used by WooW Channel without restriction or compensation. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
WooW Channel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and WooW Channel.
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time. WooW Channel may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WooW Channel and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WooW Channel regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
